Nitro Boost
Vice City: To get the nitro boost you must put on the "increase tire size" cheat at least 5 times. Then go get a rancher (thats the only one i have found this to work on)and just hold down the right trigger and it should burn off. Note:for the nitro boost to work again you must stop the car, then go again.
Make car as strong as a train
To make your car as strong as a train you must do the increase wheel cheat. But the cheat olny works one time, so reload a currently saved game and type in the increase wheels cheat untill this happins at least four times or more. This cheat will enable you to take a Banshee,Stinger,Commit,Sabre Turbo,and a Deluxo and rip through traffic like it is a piece of paper! Note this cheat will olny if Tommy is in the following cars, a Stinger, Banshee, Commit, Sarbre Turbo, or a deluxo.
Make food court clerk move out of his store
Go to the mall at North Point and go to one of the Food Courts. Once there go to a store and point a gun at the clerk, and then let go and do it again and again until he looks as if he drops really far down or isnt inside it anymore. When that happens go around the back of it and he should be in that vecinity. If not go outside or until he is back and try it again.
Taxi Driver
To do this cheat simply find a taxi or cabbie and steal it (probably works with the secret red cabbie). Drive up to one of your favorite cars with it. When you are there press and hold down the X button. Get out of the taxi while you are holding X, with Y. Keeping holding X and get inside your favorite car. When your character is in the car waiting, unleash the X button. Make sure you do not unleash the X button while you character is opening the car. Now the game thinks you are inside a taxi, good job.
Different Costume
Press Right, Down, Left, Up, L, White, Up, Left, Down, Right during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.
Pedestrians Riot
Press Down, Up, Left, Up, A, R, Black, White, L during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Saving the game will make the effects of this code permanent.
Slower Game Play
Press Y, Up, Right, Down, X, R, Black during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. This also continues the effect of an adrenaline pill.
All Pedestrians Have Weapons
Press Black, R, Y, A, White, L, Up, Down during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Some pedestrians will throw bombs or shoot at you if you steal their car. Saving the game will make the effects of this code permanent.
Pedestrians Attack You
Press Down, Up, Left, Up, A, R, Black, L, White during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Saving the game will make the effects of this code permanent.
Speed Up Time
Press B(3), X(5), L, Y, B, Y during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Repeat this code to increase its effect.
